Moose Learn More About Their Colourful Heritage

New Brian

New research has revealed hitherto unknown details of the origins of the popular beat combo

Despite their colonial heritage, the Mooses are, in fact, English. Their father, Dudley Moose formed The Dudley Moose Trio in 1960. After working as a comedian for some time with his partner Peter Cock, he found fame as a film star and emigrated to Canada.

Following the failure of his film, '9' with Derek Bo, he abandoned the children whilst on a camping holiday in the Rocky Mountains. The baby Mooses were raised by beavers until they were old enough to be introduced into Canadian society, where they quickly gained proficiency on a number of musical instruments. This explains their English accents why the band are currently over here researching their roots.

Dudley made a short but notorious comeback with Peter Cock as Eric and Olive in the 1980s but sadly passed away before he could enjoy his children's fame and fortune.
